Poetry

So Much Depends on…
My little white car
It takes me to places near and far.
To Tenneesee gazing at the mountain snow,
And out and about with people I know.
My haven for letting my thoughts run rampant,
Dangerous drivers making me belligerent.
So much depends on,
my little white car.

Wrangler
Jumpy, UpbeatĀ
Dash, Protect, Retrieve
Truly affectionate to all.

I love how you made your Car poem rhyme! You little over achiever. That was very creative. We really do need a car to do about anything. I do hate seeing that car get close parking spaces at school-when I dont!! Haha.

Excellent word choice in both poems! Do you know the poetic form of the dog poem? Let me know either way. If you don’t know, I will help you discover it. :-)

I used the format for a Cinquain poem.

Yes you did! So proud of you! :-)
